 | Segmented Double Wrap There are 234 +/- pieces used in the design of this fountain pen. There are Jatoba and Walnut bands that wrap around the pen in opposite directions. The base wood is Maple. This pen was built for a one of my wife's friends to give to her husband for his birthday. |
| Segmented Celtic Double Knot I've made a few celtic knot pens. After completing the Segmented Twist Pen, I thought it would be fun to make a celtic knot using the segmenting technique. I used Sapele as the wood for the body of the pen and the knot is made of 32 pieces of Maple and Cherry (16 of each). This pen is being donated to my daughter's school for a fundraiser. |
